- Order
- “Order” refers to a request submitted by the Customer, via phone or email, to acquire services from Author Central House. Orders are finalized upon payment via credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or PayPal.
Services
Author Central House offers a variety of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and design. Specific service details are outlined in your order agreement.
Revision Policy
Depending on the selected package, revisions may be included. Customers can request unlimited free revisions as long as they align with the original order requirements. If modifications exceed the initial scope, additional charges may apply.
Refund Policy
Change of Mind
A 100% refund is available if no work has commenced, meaning no team has been assigned and no work has begun.
If the project has started but is canceled within 24 hours, a partial refund may be granted. Coordination with your assigned project manager is recommended for a smooth resolution.
Refunds will not be issued once deliverables have been produced and revisions have been availed. However, customers may discuss alternative compensation with their project manager.
Incompetent Delivery
If project errors arise due to mistakes in the requirement analysis phase, customers may request a refund.
Unlimited revisions and team changes (up to three times) are offered to resolve such issues.
Late Delivery
Standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If the company fails to meet three consecutive delivery deadlines, a refund may be processed.

Refunds Timeframe
Refunds can only be requested before project completion.
Requests made after project completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on prior approvals and communications.
Non-Issuance of Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for minor issues, such as grammatical errors, typing mistakes, or word count discrepancies. Instead, partial refunds or discounts for future purchases may be offered.
Intellectual Property Rights
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you provide. Author Central House is not liable for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
Confidentiality
Author Central House treats all customer information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Author Central House is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York State courts.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
Author Central House reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
